Intrahealth is a global software and associated services company supplying world class solutions to the Canadian healthcare market
Intrahealth was established in 1997 to develop a new generation of software for community-based health provision (Physicians and non-Medical health professionals). While there were robust solutions for Hospital based care delivery, there were no solutions of a world best-practice level in the community health space.
Intrahealth’s vision of community-based Provider Networks was born from healthcare consulting work in the USA, Canada and New Zealand (including being one of twelve members of the 1997 NZ Government’s Health Reforms Steering Group) by the company’s founder and CEO, Dr Mark Matthews.
